Thursday Book Exchange Program The library appreciates all book donations. If you have nice hardcover books that might be used in the library collection please consider donating them directly to the library instead of using them in our store exchange program. Thursday 11:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m. is our only day for book exchanges. Books need to meet the condition guidelines below to be accepted. Condition Guidelines Books need to be in good condition with both covers attached. Books should have no rips, tears, stains, or odors. No pages falling out or coming loose and no broken spines/bindings. No major writing or highlighting should be in the books. Spines should have no more than two creases. All hardcovers originally sold with a dust jacket must include the dust jacket unless it is a book that is more than 50 years old. Books containing CDs, DVDs, or any other additional inserts, maps, or the like must be included with the book. We give 2 for 1 credit on accepted Westerns We give 3 for 1 credit on all other books.
The book exchange credit you receive needs to be used the same day. |
